With only a hour and a half drive from D.C., I arrived into Queenstown Tuesday morning. I am feeling great about this tournament since this is one of the three events I played last year. It is nice to feel familiar with a golf course.
This week my housing hosts from last year (Bill and Donna) were generous enough to invite me back. Thank you Bill and Donna!!
One minor detail for this tournament- I am first alternate. Registration is today- so hopefully I will be in the tournament by this afternoon!

Shot 77-85 this weekend. I felt really great after Friday- hit 12 fairways- but then saturday was a different story. For some reason I lost confidence in my driver- not fun when that happens.
Thank you Mike and John for coming out to watch! It was so nice to walk up to the first tee and have two fans there to watch! especially at 8:30 on a saturday morning!!
I would also like to thank my sister Liz and Baxter- hey two holes and better than none!
